Do you ever scrap a photo from years ago, and remember the real story once the journaling's finished and glued down? That's what happened here, although the story I wrote IS true. The real reason I took this photo was that it was Nolan's 9th birthday, and I'd been behind the camera all day. I realized if I wanted to be in any of the photos, I'd better take one of these selfies!
I actually had a sketch challenge from TPE in mind to complete this layout:
I deviated from the sketch more than I normally do, but that's what happens sometimes! Anyway, kids go back to school tomorrow and I can't say I'll be sad for Spring Break to be over. We stayed home the whole time, and even though my mom came up to help with the babysitting, we all had a heck of a time surviving these past two weeks!
