"Do More of What Makes You Happy" for LGS

Well, I haven't done a page about my hubby for a while, and what better time to start than right around Father's Day?

I had printed these photos off my phone a while back, and they seemed to go together to show my man at his happiest.  He loves to be outdoors, whether he's working, or searching for trees to buck up for firewood, or enjoying a brewski in the sunshine!  I love how this one turned out, with the little bits up in the corner and the rather unorthodox mix of patterned papers from my June Counterfeit Kit.

Here's the sketch I used from Let's Get Sketchy:


I changed it up a bit, but basically maybe you can see how I was inspired?

So that's about it for now.  Still working on using up that kit!  Hey, are you on Instagram?  I've connected with a few of my scrappy friends over there, but if you check out my link over in the sidebar there and follow, I'd be happy to follow ya back!  Always some incredible inspiration over there, am I right?

    Great page, Roxy! I can definitely see the inspiration from the sketch and I love that you are still doing counterfeit kits... maybe one day I'll follow your lead and try one :)
